POLICY OF RETURNS
We want you to love what you buy from Velmonte, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you’re not satisfied with your product, wish to exchange an item, or have received a damaged one, please contact us by email at: support@usetvelmonte.com. We’re here to help resolve any issue!
Returns
We offer easy returns (within 60 days of receiving your order) so you can shop with confidence. Refunds will be processed once the returned package arrives. Returns will be refunded in the form of the original payment or store credit.
To start a return, please contact us first — we’ll gladly assist you with the process. Orders returned to a different address may result in delays or denial of refund/exchange.
Send an email to support@usevelmonte.com with the subject line “ORDER RETURN”. We will provide a prepaid shipping label. VELMONTE is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

VERY IMPORTANT:
Eligible return items must be:
– In their original condition and packaging;
– Including all original components at the time of return or exchange;
– Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number);
– Shipped in a box;
– With all barcodes intact, if possible.
Damaged Items
Sometimes an item may be damaged during transit or have a manufacturing defect. In such cases, please contact our customer service immediately and provide:
– A photo of the damage;
– Order number / address / full name.
By providing a photo, we can open a damage report with our manufacturer and process a full refund or replacement — no questions asked.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there’s often some processing time before a refund appears.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at support@usevelmonte.com.
Email Discount Codes
Email offers are only valid for orders placed via email. Special discounts cannot be retroactively applied to existing orders.
Shipping
We provide a prepaid return label. Once your order has been inspected, your refund will be processed.
